Ida elane

I am trying to find my sister. her birth name is Ida Elane Waddle her real mom and dads name are RESSIE AND WADE Waddle from Kenton ohio she was taken when she was 6 or 7 I am her older sister. I am 42 and its been 35 years that i have seen her. She also has two other sister. One sister Has pass away. She was my twin. I hope some one can help me.
