Last name Lone

The last name Lone is originally from Italy. I don't know where in Italy it originated but I do know it is Italian. In the whole world, there are approximately 400 people with this last name.

Can I ask you what nationality you are? My friend's last name is Lone and thanks to him I know it is of Italian descent.
