Trying to find brother by birth name of Pondre!

I am trying to find my big brother. His birthday is January 1 in the early to mid 60's. I am not exactly sure of the year. My mothers maiden name is Cheryl Love and his fathers name is Paul Rankin. They are from Compton, Ca. I ahev a sister and brother that would love to meet him also. We all have kids and would love to get together as as family.
