What does my name mean?

I have always loved my name, but I wonder where it came from. I was adopted when I was born, and my new parents named me this. they both died two years later in a car accident, and left me to go from foster family to foster family. I never got a chance to ask them why they named me what they did, what it means, ect. Also, no one has ever been able to determine my ethnic background. Thanks for the help!Responses
