WHERE ARE THE REST?

I am getting tired of dead end after dead end-I have several I cannot find. Francis Hagan b 1763 had to have been born and not hatched-But to this date I cannot find any trace of him before 1781 in Maryland-not America,not Ireland.
And then there is Cordelia Purdy who married a son of the above Francis Hagan;She susposedly born Maryland,either Frederick or Ann Arundel Cos Md. She b 1794.m Adam Hagan
I also have a missing Williams,my maiden name, William Myrix Williams b ca 1734- now the great question,where? and to whom?I think Virginia, but in 1785 he picked up his belongings and children and presume wife Mary Stone Williams and migrated to Madison Co Ky. Need all the help I can get- will pay anyone who finds the mysteries of these people.
