Chauvin family in Houma, LA

My name is Molly Matherne. I am 22 years old and I am trying to do a family history for my father. I don't know very much. So if anyone knows anything or the Chauvin family from Houma,LA please let me know. All I know Is my grandmother's maiden name was Reah Chauvin, she had a twin brother and a coupleof other siblings, and her father's name was George Chauvin and all I know about him is that he owed a company called "Chauvin Brothers'" Also, if you know anything about the Matherne family from Houma, please let me know as well. My grandfather's name is Cleveland Matherne. But he never knew his father so it is very difficault for me to find information of them. Thank you!Display message for printing | Print Entire Thread
