METIS CENTRE ONTARIO

My grandmother's French/Ojibwe parents were from French Canadian Metis heritage. My grandmother is listed in the
McCumber Census and her parents who owned script land in
Manitoba.

You may inquire at the Metis Centre and can find the address and more about the requirements for a Metis statis
card. With a fee they will do a genealogy check of Canadian
Metis ancestors.

I have received the same information when I inquired through a Metis Internet site. But look into Canada for that information.
