Help me find my long lost brother

I'am trying to track down my half brother from my dads previous marriage whom i've never met..I dont have much information about my half brother all i know is his name which is Thomas Ollicaner ( not sure if correct spelling) he is 25 years old approx and lives somewhere in Canada not sure where.. I'am desperately trying to find him and would be overwhelmed if anyone had any info at all even other organisations i could try to locate him.
