searching for my Father

Hello! My name is Amy S. Fender- Johns, I am going to turn 30 in December and have one goal that I just can't seem to get to, finding my Father. He left my Mother when she was 3 months pregnant for me, I have never seen him or even heard his voice. He told my Mother, Frances Harr, his name was Arthur R. Fender, I have since found out he has no middle name by law. His birthdate is April 4th, the year is around 1934. He was raised in TN, Johnson City that is, he served in the Air Force but I am not sure how long or when, he has 2 sisters Mary-Low and Barbra and some brothers, Monroe, and Ray. His parent’s names were Ila and Mallie Fender.
