find birth parents

I was given away at birth. For health reasons I need to find my mother and father.I know when and where I was delivered The dr's name my mothers name and that is all. I would like very much to find them.Her name was Parricia Heath. North Carolina 1968.My adoptive Aunt Mrs collins paid the Dr for my delivery' I have the reciept for payment. Please Please help me if you can Thank you
