looking for my dad

I don't have much info about him because my mother refuses to tell me anything. What I do know is that I was born in Jan. of 1977 in Columbia,SC. My mothers maiden name is Kathy Louise Weible. My name is Brandon C. Hill, and the man that raised me has the last name of Raines, mine isn't . I believe that my father may have played baseball for a colledge team in South Carolina.
