Zatarain Descendant

Hi, my name is Paulette Gaudry. I am the great-granddaughter of Aimee Zatarain Muldrey and the great,great niece of Claire Zatarain, Helen Zatarain, etc. I was wondering if you could help me determine the relationship between my great, great grandfather and the Zatarains in New Orleans, La. My grandmother, Margaret Muldrey Gaudry said that her mother (Aimee Zatarain Muldrey) was the daughter of a Jules Zatarain and Margaret Mary Raftery Zatarain. If you could give me any information, that would be a huge help. Thanks a lot. Oh, my grandmother also said that she thought Jules Zatarain's brother was named Emile Zatarain. I had difficulty deciphering a relationship from the table because I am unaccustomed to using one like that. Thanks again!
