Have you ever come across this family in your search for descendants of William
Morris b 1575 Tintern, Monmouthshire; Wales
Looking for any information on John Morris b 1780 PA and wife Susannah b KY
children: b either PA or IN or both
Louis G b1825 m McMillan, Martha Jame
James G b1818 m Ploughman(Plowman), Elizabeth
Nancy 1812
Samatha ?
Morris H 1835
Mary R. 1837

John lived in Chester Co, PA.
The family lived in Washington Co. Ind but moved to Gasconade Co., Mo about 1851
there is family history that John is related to Gov. Lewis Morris but I have not been able to get more on John
John moved from PA>IN>MO? John died between 1860-1880. John’s father could have been Lewis Morris. There is a family story that the family descends from one of the signers of the Constitution. Do you have any information on John’s and Susannah’s parents?
