Please help me find my family!

MILLIGAN
I am searching for my sister and brother. Our biological father, Michael Earl Milligan who was last living in Houston, Texas with his new wife Susan told me that my sister, which should be about 25-26 now, was named something like April, Summer, Autumn, June. He was not sure. And my brother who should be in his early 20's was named Franklin of Fredrick. The last location of these two was San Antonio.
