Metz coming up for auction

My auction house is selling a complete JL Metz dining set August 25 2008. 4 side chairs, 2 arm chairs, dining table with 2 leaves, marble topped server with hutch, and teacart. While the set is great quality, there is a debate here about the design - I think it is great, others think it is awkward.
