McDines

Posted by Stephen McDine <steve@kclass.net> on Sun, 02 Nov 2003, in response to McDine, posted by Kimberly on Wed, 24 Jan 2001

I am from Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, United Kingdom. The name McDine is linked to migrating Irish workers after the great hunger. McDines from Tyneside have a history in coal mining and ship building. Check out www.dmm.org.uk/famhist.htm

cheers
