legit from Tn

Trying to trace legit line. Jonathon legit and Nellie Pickle went to Tulare Co., CA with son Robert and family.
1880 census lists them in Goshen,CA. Robert apparently changed spelling to Leggett, his son John spelled it Liggett as did his son Thomas, but Johns son Perry spelled it Leggett. Visalia, Tulare Co. cemetary shows buriel for several family members as section A, blk40, lot 2, s/w corner. No markers remain. John buried in Lodi. His sons buried Visalia, marked grave. Jonathon and Nellie my gggrandparents. Help anyone? use e-mail add please
