LaMontagne

I don't know if I can be any help to you,but I will give you some info that I have from my family tree that I am working on.
I have LaMontagne name in my family they came from Quebec down into New England area in the late 1800's
I have a Fred LaMontagne born 1841 died 1921 in NH.
married Philomine Frechette both born in Quebec.
They had 3 children Harriet(LaMontagne)Ratte,Pray.
Fred no info and Joseph LaMontagne had 3 wifes,Nora,Viola Goodwin and Georgia as far as i know these family's came from Quebec and mostley stayed aroung the New Hampshire area.If this is any help to you let me know I may have other info to help you out.
