I know people usually disassociate themselves from criminal relatives. "Who me? I never heard of him in my life!" And I know that I'll get in trouble with the Nembhards of St Ann but I could never find the link between the Nembhards of St Elizabeth and the Nembhards of St Ann so as to my knowledge, no this family is not related to the infamous drug kingpin.
