please help me find my dad

hi there my dad's name is John fagg the last time i saw him i was about 3 years old i am now 20 years old. i know he used to have a roofing buisness, and used to live in leybourne kent. his aprox age is 50 i dont know his date of birth. his parents were half french i think i know his mother's name is pearl, he also has another daughter called charlote but he always denied she was his also he denied me being his daughter.
