Nembhards of St Elizabeth

Posted by Jay Nembhard <pneumatikos2003@yahoo.co.uk> on Fri, 21 Sep 2007, in response to Nembhard of Jamaica, posted by Elaine Nembhard on Sat, 06 Jan 2007

Great email. In regards to the 'Ballard's valley' being named after Ballard Nembhard, I don't think that is the case. I thought it was so but I spoke to my dad a couple years ago and he told me a different story. I can't remember what he said exactly. I'll ring him tonight and find out where the name Ballard's valley comes from.

In regards to 'Nembhards Town', it is at the edge of Junction in an area called 'chocolate hole'. That's where my dad comes from. It's the best place on earth.
