Walter John and Lilian Coltman

My great-grand-father, Walter John Coltman, civil engineer, born in London 1 November 1860 married Lilian ??? on October 3, 1912 in Moosejaw, Canada. He went by the name of Wallis Coltman and was a civil engineer. They had two children: Helen, born 30 April 1911 and Thomas, born 19 July 1913. In 1922 Walter John, his wife Lilian and son Thomas emigrated to the USA from Victoria. His Declaration of Intention to become a US citizen is dated 14 February 1923 and signed in the County of Los Angeles. He entered California at the port of Wilmington on 12th February 1922 on the ship "President". Lilian and son Thomas entered on 29 May 1922 on the ship "Ruth Alexander" from Victoria to San Francisco. She was born in Bedford on 23 July 1972 -- I don't have her maiden name.
Walter John died in Los Angeles about 1929; she died in California in 1966 and son Thomas died in California in 1978. Any further information wuold be appreciated.
