PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME FIND MY DAD!!!

im 13 years old and i haven't seen my dad since i was a baby and my mom never talks to me about him. All i know is his name is Richard Hood and he supposibly last lived in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I really want to meet my father so if anyone knows him or has seen him please help me i would appreciate it so much. The last i know is he has blue eyes and wavy dark hair, also he should be in his late 30's. please do what you can and e-mail me if anyone has anything
