I am anxious to know! Please help me find my heritage!!!!!!

I learned some Japanese and all of my friends say that I have a really good tounge for it. I would very much know if I am Japanese and people also say that I am from Lithuainia but I would desperatly like to know if I am honestly from anywhere in the orient. Please help me figure this out!!!! Please!!!!
