i need to find my dad

i want to find my dad i know who he is and i have spoken to him on the phone about 4 years ago but he said he wasnt my dad. if u saw a photo of me and him you would think we are brother and sister. i really just want to talk and meet him. i am 20years old and i have a 7 month old daughter. his name is paul freebody and i know he lives in cairns.please help me find and talk to him
