Khalil,

I am a genealogist and I happened to see your posting. Strangely there is no telephone listing or any kind of record of your father, however, the Internet has many articles on him and his photograph. It appears he was arrested for teaching Al Quaeda members martial arts. He goes by many names. Type any of these names into an Internet search engine and you will find many articles:

Tarik Obn Osman Shah
Tarik Jenkins
Abu Musab
Tarik Shah
