Role Number

I have been trying to get my role number and I hardly now where to start. My Dad is full blooded osage indian. My mother remarried when I was 4 years old. I need to get my original last name back. I wrote the osage nation and they want imformation that I do not Know how to get.Is there someone that can help me get through this? I want to get some Indian schoolarships through the osage nation if I could I think all I have to do is take a class in engineering (whitch I already am) and then one more in enviromental and I should qualify but i need my role number. My Dads name is Jamie Pahova Fallin and is still living and he said he will sign whatever I need but he does not know how to help anymore than that. Thank you.
