Blackfoot roots

George Hill b. May 2, 1848 in New London, Waupaca county, Wisconsin married to Salina Dewey b. June 19, 1851 in Batavia, Illinois on April 25, 1869 married on April 25, 1869. Father of Earl George Hill b. December 08, 1883 in Orchard, Floyd County, Iowa, married to Polly Maneriva Whittaker b. December 8, 1895 in Rigby, Jefferson County, Idaho married November 20, 1913. Polly's parents were Henry Mirion Whittaker and Viola Emily Savage. First child of Polly and Earl was Doris Dewecka Hill b. May 07, 1914 in Rigby, Jefferson County, Idaho. She married George (NMI) Davis on September 20, 1933 in Mountain Home, Idaho. Can anyone tie this family to the Blackfoot Tribe as the story has been told?
