Bostic name

Posted by Kaye Poole <kaye_poole@crisis.org.uk> on Thu, 16 Mar 2006, in response to Origin of Bostic, posted by Michelle Bostic on Wed, 14 Dec 2005

Interesting that Bostics were around that long ago in the US. My grandfather (whom I never met as he died in about 1922) was called Bostic and my mother's family lived in Vilonia Arkansas. My Grandfather's name was Matthew Wade Bostic and there were 8 children: William, James, Peter, Ethel, Priscilla (my mother) John, Charlotte, Berry. They are all dead now. I would love to hear more about the Bostic family.
