my long lost dad

i really would love to find my biological father ... im 16 and i have never seen him only threw a picture .. and until i ever meet him i will always have an empty space that no step - dad could fill !!! his name is hector gaud hes puerto rican and from what i am told i have 8 other brothers and sisters and he was in puerto rico ... i really really wish i could meet him just once .. sometimes i cant sleep at night ... and i think about maybe hes dead ... im the type of person that cannot be in suspence but i have been for 16 yrs and thats way to long ... some one please help me ....
