Help find my husbands father

Hi, I am looking for my husband's biological father. his named is Norman Dials. He lived in Cincinnati, Ohio between 1963 & 1964. I know he has a son named Mark who would be older than my husband. If there is anyone out there who knows Mr. Dials or anyone in his family, please contact me. Thanks
