Elp me find ma grandad!

My grandad left my nan about a year ago and i really would like to see him and talk to him because now he has cancer and i love him so much and just want to see him before he dies. i no his name is Patrick but i don't know his last name, i know he lives in London somewhere and have been searching for ages around London but i would really love to see him again before he does die. so if you find my grnadad please email me back on my msn adrees realy aprestated bye xxx
