HIS NAME IS CHARLES ABEL BRATTON WAS STATION IN SAIPAN CNMI IN THE 60'S WITH THE COAST GUARD . NEVER MET HIM WOULD BE NICE FIND HIM. LAST I'VE HEARD WAS THAT HE IS IN SAN DIEGO. MY MOM'S NAME IS ROSA MUNA CABRERA. HE MAYBE IN HIS 60'S. HE MAYBE PART INDIAN
