unknown dad

Hello my name is patricia thomas i am looking for my dad which was in the military i think 1966 1967 manhiem germany army and his supply company is 248 and his name is tim jacobson i would like to find him he does not know he has a daughter i would like to know what the other half of me is like. i have no other information but that can somone help?
