find my half brother

hi my name is anne marie like to be called marie anyway i am trying to find my half brother my mum gave him to foster care when he was a couple of months old this was before i was born, i would like to find him and be in contact with him because he was half sisters and brothers his name is jamie-lee Martin (bith name) but it might of got changed when he went into foster care please get in contact wit me if you no any info (uk) (leicester)
