Looking for Birth Father

My name is Robin Lynn Groff and I'm lookin for my birth father. I don't know any thing about him. I was born Oct.11.1965 to Charlotte Marie Gibson. She was 18 yrs old at the time and some where in Florida. The only last name that was ever given to me was " Dushane ". But I don't know if it's the right name. Well I'm married now with 3 kids of my own and would love to find my father.
