McDevitt from Donegal Ireland

I am seeking information on Bernard James McDevitt, born in Donegal, 1830, emigrated to Malone NY, Erie PA and then to Belvidere. He was a master mechanic with West Dev RR and built bridges- The first bridge over Niagara Falls. Married Margaret Tovey, raised 6 children, John C,Mary Ann, Lydia Ann, Bernard, Thomas J and William P. Thanks for your help.
