Nembhards of Jamaica

Hi Gracia

Very good question. The answer is yes. I have a friend whose last name is Stultz. He is BLACK but many of his family members are mixed race and light skinned. Again another mixture of German and black. Just because one is dark skinned doesn't mean that there is no white genes present. Conversely the same applies. Just because one is white doesn't mean that somewhere in history there wasn't a black great great grandmother or father.

By the way is your family from St Elizabeth, St Ann or Clarendon?

Take care

Jay
