I want my father!!!!

if anyone could help me, my father's name is Wallace Earl Leedom and is last known to live in Portsmouth, Ohio. I only knew him for a short time up until I was about two years old. It is very important that I find him. I have no idea where he is and I have tried to send him a letter by his old address to no avail. I am almost fourteen and have lived over a decade without him. I don't want to wait any longer. Please, if you have any information on him, tell me!
