Trying to trace my ancestors - Normile

If anybody has any information on James Joseph Normile born September 16, 1922 Died May 4, 1984. He is my maternal grandfather. I am trying to trace my family tree and have hit a road block. I was always told his mother's name was Ann Normile married to James Normile but I can't find any info on these names. Some things have turned up that has me thinking that his mother might have actually been Ethel Normile McVicker. If anyone can prove this to be true or false please e-mail me.
