trying to find my families Indian roll number

I am trying to find my family's indian roll number. My mother said that my great grandfather was on the roll number in North Carolina indian reservations. My great grandfather's name is Charles Edgar Stiles and My great grand mother is Josie Ellen Caroly or Kerly Stiles. Can you find any information about these two people for me? Thank you.
