My Father

In August 1989, a month after my birth, articles were printed in newspapers calling my father 'mean teenager' Simon Titmus. I am now 15 and have never once met him in my life. He was at the time residing in Turnford, near Waltham Abbey in Essex, before being sentanced to 18 months in a young offenders institute. Ever since I have been aware that I was not like other children, with both their biological parents I have been searching for him. It has been around 4 years now and yet to no avail. I would like advice on where I can find him I often search electoral rolls etc. but he is not listed. Could you help me?Many Thanks,
