Nembhard

As you can see my last name is Allen but I only found out yesterday that somewhere in my lineage is the name Nembhard. My mother's side of the family is Witter and I am trying to find my roots. I was separated from my blood family at birth but would like to know more about them...if you can give me any info I would be grateful even though this seem far out.
