Alexander Joseph Pollard

....or Joseph Alexander, there are records of both ways. This is a long shot, but if anybody has come across any records of him, I'd love to know. This is my Great Great Grandfather, he was born in Ireland in 1854 and became a customs officer in Gloucestershire, England and was married to Frances. That's all the info we have.
