help me find my cousin

I dont know what aney one can do but my cousin amanda starins was kidnaped by her dad see i know it is werd but when her mom went ot jail her dad cam and took her from her step dad we found her dad in the phone book and called meney times ech time he dosent let me talk to her i think we have evon tryed to find out where she lives to kidnapp her i would love it if some one could help me find my cousin
