Nembhards

Posted by Kenrick Nembhard <kenrick_nembhard@hotmail.com> on Thu, 27 Jan 2005, in response to Nembhard, posted by Anthea Nembhard on Fri, 26 Mar 2004

More Nembhards what is with this name, I'm a Nembhrad but I should my Grate Grandmother on my dad side of the Family got hook up with my grate Grandad and he took the Name in thses time it would of been funny for that to happen. I think she had alot of money and land because we have alot of Land in St Elizebeth and we still have this land I think. But we could be the real Nembhards or should I say the frist. Also my grandad said to me once never give up your name if you have a girl let her know this as well because all Nembhard got their name from a woman. So I think that if we look back far far back in history you will find that it could be my Grate Grandmother or even one of her Family mebers that was the first Nembhards in Jamaica. The family say she had fair skin and was not fully black but don't hold me to that. If any one thinks that they know more could they get in contact with me please or if you know where there are any photos of Nembhards on the net could you let me know because we all should have some of the same trates and we would all look very simula.
