help me find my father

i am a 32 yrs old woman who never met her father. I ask my mother question but she always says she can remember or does not want to talk about it. she will not tell me anything no one in my family wants to talk. my entire family says they dont remember him and i say its kind of hard to tell me that when i look like none of my family member. all i want is to see who the rest of my family is. i was born december 26 1972 in hoboken nj. my name is carmen violeta nieves my moms name is ana rivera and my dads name is carlos ernesto nieves i think his 58 yrs old am not sure. if theres anyone that can help me please email me at nieves1226@hotmail.com. all i want to know is who the rest of my family is do i have brothers or sisters please i just need to know thank you,
