Carndonagh,County Donegal, Ireland search
Posted by Barbara B <Nsambradley@aol.com> on Sun, 16 Jan 2005
If anyone reading this can help I would very much appreciate it. I am trying to find any information I can about James O'Donnell, and Susan"White"Doherty. They were my great grandparents. They had several children who were
Mary Anne (my grandmother to be) dob July 28, 1873/4, Neil, John, Denis, and Philip, as well as Margaret(Maggie). They were all born from early mid 1860's through mid 1870's. They I believe were all born in Carndonagh(or close by). Most if not all immigrated to US before 1901(probably late 1800's) James and Susan I know absolutely nothing about however. I do have one old photographo of Susan, but none for James. I would like to know if they had siblings? who their parents were? when they were married and church married in etc? Birth and baptismal records too if available, for them and all children.(I have Mary Anne's birth certificate) Information from certificates would be fine.
I am hoping maybe someone reading this that perhaps may live in area, can help me out the most, or someone who has on line accessibilty to such records.
Again, thank you for any and all help.
God Bless
Barbara B
