helping a freind find his dad

my freind, Raymond Siam is looking for his dad, also named Raymond Siam the last he knew he was in Washington. Raymond is a great person and has come against great odds no one ever thought a kid on the streets with no parents would ever make it anywhere. ray stuck it out and graduated school and was a star football player and wrestler at his school. he has come a very long way and would love to meet his dad. please e-mail me if u know anything. thank you very much sincerly, a freind looking for a freind
