Harland in County Durham

My father was Reuben William Harland born Chester le Street in 1921. He has a brother, Maurice. Their father was Robert Harland who moved to Stockton on Tees and he married Maud Thurogood (not sure of the spelling). I haven't managed to track back any further than that. I know my father had cousins and an aunt (Evelyn) in the County Durham area. Let me know if you think you might be related!
